Anodyne Therapy
Until recently there was no therapy for peripheral neuropathy other than exercise to release
nitrous oxide, a vasodialator. Now patients can use modern technology to help decrease
and manage their pain, as well as their symptoms.
Anodyne Therapy uses a form of monochromatic near Infrared Emission to produce a
frequency that causes the body to release. This helps to improve circulation into the
extremities, which increases blood flow to the nerves and decreases pain. Anodyne Therapy
is FDA approved and is excellent for patients with peripheral neuropathy, especially
Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy.
Our goal is to assess if the patient will benefit from up to twelve sessions. If their symptoms
improve significantly, we can help them obtain a unit for home use for ongoing management
of their conditions.
